Our unique process lasts over 25 hours from start to finish per batch.

By hand. Every time. Precise blend of seasonings measured by weight. Bacon seasoned, and placed in a dehydrator until it reaches perfection. Packaged, sealed, shipped directly to you. No shortcuts. No bulk production.

Sliced bacon (pork, water, salt, sugar, sodium phosphates, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite), brown sugar, garlic powder, spices, seasoning blend (salt, paprika, sugar, spices, monosodium glutamate, garlic powder, canola oil), smoked paprika, adobo seasoning (chili pepper, garlic, onion, silicone dioxide), kosher salt.

Contains pork. Processed in a facility that also handles eggs and shellfish. Reach out before ordering if you have specific concerns.

Original Heat is sweet upfront, real heat on the back end. Dangerously addictive. Reaper Heat adds Carolina Reaper powder to the same base. If Original Heat is the warning, Reaper Heat is what happens when you don't listen. Coming soon.

Cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening. Limited quantities mean stock moves fast — once you open a bag, shelf life becomes irrelevant pretty quickly.

We run in small batches and update the store with what we have on hand. When inventory is available, order it, when it sells out, it's gone until the next batch drops. We don't backorder. We don't hold stock. Get it while you can.

We ship all orders within 24-48 business hours from the time the order is placed.

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days depending on location.
